The Czech firm DAGGER was estabilished in 1992 and started representing the English company DORMAN - an industrial engines manufacturer. In a short time the DAGGER´s activities extended by assembling the power generating sets driven by engines originating with world known producers in variety of power outputs including the turn key installation of the complete equipment.
Nowadays, DAGGER - backed up by their own production and servicing facilities – is prepared to succeed on demanding international markets with top quality diesel power and gas combined heat and power generating sets in various power outputs and executions.

The DAGGER´s company philosophy is featured by high professional level of management, by know how fully supported with adequate technical background, by flexible goal-oriented management and by the active approach of the customer target motivated personnel.

The company staffed with 25 emploees controlls the sales and assistance network operating both country wide and in abroad.
Diesel power generating sets
DAGGER is offering a wide assortment of standard and special generating sets within the output power range between 10 and 3900 kVA whereby the cooperation with reputable foreign partners like PERKINS, VOLVO PENTA, MITSUBISHI and others plays important role.
CHP (combined heat and power) generation units
DAGGER is offering a wide scope of CHP units driven by gas engines for various gas fuels within the output power range from 70 to 1000 kWe driven by engines MAN and PERKINS.
The supplied diesel and gas engines are turbocharged or naturally aspirated 4 stroke engines which are suitable for continuous heavy duty service.
The engine cooling systems are either of baseframe fitted radiator type or of water-water heat exchanger in connection with dry type cooler in double-circuit type systems. The CHP units are equipped with heat exchangers for heat recovery from the engine cooling, lubricating, exhaust and fuel input cooling systems. All DAGGER units are in accordance with ISO 8528.
Engines are started electrically with 12 or 24 VDC starters and accessories.
Alternators are synchronous, three-phase, brushless, self-regulated and selfventilated. Standard voltage is 400 V and frequency 50 Hz, other voltage and Hz frequency are available upon request. Standard executions are single bearing with SAE flange or double bearing with elastic coupling uipon request. The alternators comply with IEC, VDE, BS, CSA, NEMA standards.
Common frame of genset is made from welded steel sections or as bent from steel sheets. The daily fuel tanks are incorporated into the frame or, optionally, delivered as stand alone in executions according to safety regulations.
DAGGER is capable to install engine driven sets in industrial and civil facilities while ensuring the complex technical support. The expertise and experience of our staff guarantee engineering for any required kind of installation includig the turn key option.
DAGGER diesel gensets and gas CHP units are equipped with control panels with an advanced microprocessor logic. Supplied can be the special panels with PLC control as follows: - Manual control - Automatic AMF with feeding switch instruments - Parallel operation of more gensets and/or mains
Supplied can be special tailor-made executions.
NOISE REDUCTION SOLUTIONS
DAGGER is offering large scale of noise reduction engineering capacities as well as the respective implementation which meet the strict criteria of sound hygiene such as :
Steel sheet housing for both in- and outdoor installations or self- supported ISO containers for mobile purposes.
Sound absorbing elements for noise reduction in machine rooms. Special accessories for sound proof operation at levels of 50 – 55 dBA / 7 meters for hospitals and housing estates.
